Customer Support & Warranty

As a small business it is hoped that most problems, such as they may be, can be solved by a quick phone call or email. Our normal business in the workshop has relied and thrived on this approach and we are committed to continuing this with Steen Guitars.

In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with a guitar, that is not the result of abuse or normal wear and tear, (being dropped off the stage or slammed into the amp for dramatic effect), and this occurs within 12 months of the purchase date, then either free repair or a replacement will be offered depending on the nature and seriousness of the fault.

If a fault occurs outside the 12 month period then you should still contact us as we can be fairly flexible over repair costs, (you may only have to pay postage costs), it is important to us that you enjoy using our guitars and that you continue to use them for many years.

None of these warranty terms affect your normal statutary rights under the UK Trading Laws.
